Ruth J. Morehead designed gift products for a major greeting card company before starting her own business over thirty years ago. Her first works sold throughout Europe, transcending all ages and cultures. She quickly met with success at home in America as established companies like Dimensions, Random House, and Current discovered that people cannot resist the adorable appeal her designs have.

In 1980, Ruth's son Bill joined her in mastering the fine art style that is unique to Morehead designs to add to the precious collection of Morehead images. Their Warm & Whimsical® line of character designs have since found phenomenal universal appeal. Today, their adarable artwork is marketed worldwide, having sold over 250 million dollars of merchandise.

The Moreheads capture the sweet innocence of children, the playfulness of young animals, and the pure beauty of angels through their remarkably delicate, yet powerful paintings. The Morehead allure will only grow with time, as the magnitude of Ruth and Bill's artistic abilities continues to be increasingly appreciated.

To date, the Moreheads have amassed a library of more than 3,000 original pieces of artwork available for license.
